How to Enter: Beginning at 12a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 2, 2003 until 11:59 p.m. ET on October 12, 2003, you may enter this sweepstakes in one of the two following ways: (i) by visiting http://www.itnnetmedia.com/current/lastingbeauty/main.asp and completing the online entry form; or (ii) by handprinting your full name, complete address (including zip code) and phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8 ½ x 11, and mailing the card or paper to:

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on October 12, 2003. Limit one (1) entry per person, irrespective of method of entry. Multiple, mechanically reproduced, incorrect, illegible, inaccurate, altered, forged, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void.

How Winner will be Determined: On or around October 20, 2003, 2 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified by e-mail and/or mail within 7 days of the drawing date above and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within 14 days of issuance. If the prize notification to a potential winner is returned as undelivered or any potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms within the specified time or comply with any other requirements of this sweepstakes, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. It is the responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address.

Prizes: Two grand prize winners will be selected. The winners shall receive a $500 spa gift certificate. Sponsor shall, in its sole discretion, decide which spa to provide the winning certificate to. Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $500. Total value of prizes: $1000. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize, or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability at time of award, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to: legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and their household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and agents (collectively, "Affiliates"), and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees of the foregoing entities. No correspondence, including e-mail, will be entered into by Sponsor with any non-winning entrants. However, online entrants may receive information via e-mail from Sponsor regarding other promotional offers, unless they specifically opt not to when entering the Sweepstakes, in accordance with Sponsor's Sweepstakes and Contest Participation Policy and Privacy Policy. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Conditions of Entry: Sponsor, its Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any and all Internet access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes; inability to access this Web site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at this Web site; mail-in entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged, postage due or any combination thereof; or printing, human, or other errors. Proof of mailing or submitting online entry is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this sweepstakes, or if a computer virus or bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any technical difficulty or failure compromises, corrupts, or otherwise affects the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to (i) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, (ii) modify or suspend this sweepstakes, or (iii) terminate this sweepstakes or any of the affected drawings, and conduct random drawing(s) to award the prize(s) using all entries received as of the termination date. Should this sweepstakes or any of the drawings be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on this Web site. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage this Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its Affiliates, their respective directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, from any and all liablility, loss or damages arising from or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, and the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
